Siderods
Side Rods were milled in a two part process, both rods were milled together. The long parallel sides were milled first with the rods held on two special bolts. The rounded ends were then milled as shown in the photograph, the rods were carefully rotated by hand pivoting on the bolt. The two clamps hold stops which prevent the rods rotating too far.
