Drilling the Cylinder Covers
The Cylinder Covers were drilled on a rotary table,
a jig was made and used to centrally and repeatbaly locate the covers.
Drill holes were first drilled to tapping size for the studs, the cover was then used as a template to drill the cylinders after which the cover was then enlarged or redrilled to stud clearing size.
One set of clamps hold the jig, the "finger" clamps hold the cover.
